Being in the business of hiring models and actors, I know that there isn’t a perfect solution for small production companies and part time models. There are lots of website audition/connection places. Each has enough problems for me to think All Models is a necessary venture. All Models because we want Male models, Tattooed models, trans models, anti-stereotypical models who show up on time and are ready to shoot, not just your stereotypical beach model going for the cover of SI or haughty attitude practiced for the cover of Vogue.
